Emblematic tracks from Europe are the scenarios where the work of the best universities from all around the world are going to be tested.
Do you want to know more about these competitions?
FS Germany
La crème de la crème. The peak of motorsport for university students. Hockenheim, Germany. The German event is probably one of the most important if not the most one. Moreover, the emblematic Hockenheimring turns into a catwalk for different brands and businesses such as Bosch, BMW, Porsche, Audi, and Mercedes. During 3 days they look around competitors and could give many students the chance of working along with them.
FS Spain
Barcelona-Catalunya is one of our most famous tracks alongside Jerez and Jarama. It has been hosting F1 races since 1991 and it is one of our greatest motorsport emblems. The national event takes place very near to our town, so we obviously want to do a great job during the competition. Moreover, We usually race against Spanish universities and that is another extra incentive for us.
FS Austria
The FS Austria event has taken place at the Spielberg circuit since 2009. The emblematic bull from Red Bull guards the whole circuit but FS Austria’s organization tends to include more kittens in their schedule. That funny side of the organization team is welcomed by many of us who thank their kindness. Hopefully, we will visit Styria to know them first hand.
FS East
Formula Student events do not always take place at racing circuits. FS East, for instance, could take place at the famous Hungaroring but it actually takes place at the ZALA Zone, a set of various test tracks built by the Hungarian government. FS East began hosting Formula Student events in 2016 and since then it has enlarged its team’s slots from 44 to 84.
FS Netherlands
Formula Student Netherlands means a lot for our team because it was the first event we attended out of Spain and we keep a good memory. We had the opportunity to visit Assen Circuit, which usually hosts the MotoGP Dutch GP. Four years ago, in 2017, Assen started hosting the dutch event and, since then, this event hasn’t failed any year. We hope we can visit again the beautiful landscapes and track of Assen as soon as we can.
FS Czech Republic
The Czech Republic has been present in the Formula Student community since 2013. Whatsmore, Czech Most Autodrom welcomes different motorsport categories like regional formulas or truck races and has also been selected to host FS Czech events since their origins. The features of the track are the main reason for hosting the event here at the Most Autodrom and not at the Brno Circuit. We would like to race at both tracks but we would be happy enough if we race anytime soon at the Most Autodrom.
